“Real-life” situations will be presented for thorough discussion. Examinees may use any available resource and will have four weeks after successfully finishing the Healthy Moms A.P.F.I.T. Recertification Requirements:Every two years you will be required to complete ten (10) contact hours of continuing education in perinatal exercise or a related field that will further your training in women’s fitness (such as stability ball training, Pilates, yoga, childbirth education, lactation education, doula training, etc.). As an alternative, you may also elect to retrain at a subsequent Healthy Moms® A.P.F.I.T. Course in order to become recertified. Prerequisites to taking the certification exam:
